Initial Configuration

Set up your Clientverse account after your first login to get the best experience.

First Login

When you first log in to Clientverse, you'll be presented with the main dashboard showing your pipeline overview. Before you start adding contacts and deals, it's a good idea to review your account settings.

Accessing Settings

Click on the Settings icon (gear icon) in the application to open the settings panel. Here you can configure:

  • Your display name
  • Email address
  • Password
  • Language preferences
  • Default currency and timezone

Reviewing Your Pipeline

Deals move through a predefined set of pipeline stages as they progress:

  1. Lead
  2. Qualified
  3. Proposal sent
  4. Won
  5. Lost

Premium feature: These stages are fixed in the core application. Custom stages are available through custom development.

Language Settings

Clientverse supports multiple languages. To change your interface language:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Find the Language dropdown
  3. Select your preferred language
  4. The interface updates immediately - no restart required

If your language is not available, consider contributing a translation.

Importing Your Data

Premium feature: CSV import is not part of the core application. To bring existing contacts and companies into Clientverse, use our data migration service or request custom development.

Navigating the Interface

Clientverse provides a clean, organized interface. You can:

  • Use the sidebar to navigate between Contacts, Companies, and Deals
  • Use the dashboard for a quick overview of your pipeline and recent activity
  • Use the global search bar to quickly find contacts, companies, or deals
